It was a terrible stainless steel wok, and I still have it. It is perfect for a bamboo steamer. I’ll be using one of my carbon steel woks to make this recipe.

Another great recipe! Simple to make and delicious. (My wife asked for a little more heat, comparing this to the similar pork-and-green-beans recipe, so I added a tablespoon of chili oil to the recipe, just to give it a hint of heat. She loved it.)

Made this tonight, and it was delish! Loving the blog, esp the velvet of meats. I was doing it an old way with baking soda and egg white. What a mess it was.
